In the past 32 years, I have completed reports for Banks, Mortgage Companies, FHA, Estates, Attorneys, and private parties. In 1995 I was chosen as one of 6 area appraisers that rewrote the FHA Appraisal Review form 1038 and did reviews for FHA for some years. That form went on to become a nationally used form and is still on most software programs today.
A major part of my work has been litigation reports for divorce, fraud, bankruptcy, wetlands and partner disillusionment. I have appeared in Federal Bankruptcy Court, King and Snohomish County Superior Courts, numerous times, for Jury and non Jury trials.
